    A good experience in Munnar

    The views were amazing, especially at sunrise. The Ayurvedic spa treatments were a highlight, especially the amazing massage and skin treatments from Dr Reju's team.

    The dining area was a bit slow to open for lunch, and I wish there were more options for evening meals, especially grilled and barbecue dishes, to enhance our culinary experience.

    Staying here was an absolute delight! The Moonlight Bliss room with a private terrace provided us with fine views of the mountains. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options, setting the tone for each day perfectly!

    The location was beautiful and excellent for me as it was adjacent to a polluted lake and mountain overlooking a quaint town and the Chokramudi Peak. I was there for 2 nights and ate at 24-hour restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

    The views were 'nice' but certainly not fine enough to distract from the chaos of reception calls at 11am when checkout was supposedly at 12pm. How thoughtful to keep us on our toes! And honestly, a dry hotel? Surely someone could've mentioned that beforehand. I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn't with such lack of attention to detail.

    The room was impeccably clean with good views, and I slept very well. The location was awesome and gorgeous, for example, Pothamedu View Point was just a short walk away from the hotel. Moreover, it's really close to a restaurant and such a fragrant nature.

    The room with a private terrace is an very nice feature, offering amazing views and a perfect spot for relaxation. The breakfast spread is excellent, serving a variety of high-quality dishes while overlooking the beautiful mountains.

    Food quality had its ups and downs. I encountered some confusion like ordering a chicken soup and receiving vegetarian instead, which they billed me for. While there are some activities like cooking classes, outdoor excursions were affected by weather conditions, and the lack of a pool leaves the amenities feeling incomplete-especially with in-room services being pricier than expected.
